We are committed to delivering food that is fresh and ready to enjoy immediately. All orders are guaranteed to arrive by UPS within two days of the shipping date. We currently ship Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. We are able to process orders of up to 25 lbs from our online store. If you wish to order in larger quantities, contact us directly: leslie@finandfernme.com or (207) 348-3111.
What days do you ship?
We ship to you via UPS from Monday – Wednesday. Orders will arrive no later than two days from their ship date. Unfortunately, we cannot give a window of time in which items will arrive, so please plan accordingly.
Where can you ship?
We ship to the 48 contiguous states and Washington, DC. Special arrangements can be made for orders to Hawaii or Alaska by contacting leslie@finandfernme.com. We are not able to ship to Puerto Rico or internationally at this time.
What do I do if my order is above 25 lbs?
We prefer that you place “bulk” or “case” orders of more than 25 lbs by contacting us directly, either by email (leslie@finandfernme.com) or phone (207-348-3111). If you attempt to place an order greater than 25 lbs on our website, additional shipping fees will apply.
How fresh is your shipped food?
All products are fresh and made-to-order in our seaside kitchen. Our sauces are shipped in insulated packaging and have a 12-14 day refrigerated shelf if unopened. After opening, it’s best if sauces are consumed within five days. Our pasta is shipped in vacuum-sealed insulated packaging and has an 8-10 day refrigerated shelf life for optimum quality. Opened pasta is best consumed within five days to avoid drying out. Our whoopie pies maintain peak freshness for 7-10 days if unopened and refrigerated. All of our products can also be frozen and enjoyed later.
Can I pre-order for a scheduled delivery date?
Yes! When you place your order, please note in the comment section which day you would like your order shipped out. Reminder: we only ship on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays.
Will I receive a confirmation of my order?
You will receive a confirmation once your order has been submitted, as well as a tracking number once your order ships.
What do I do if I need to change my order?
Please email leslie@finandfernme.com immediately. If you get in touch with us before your delivery has left the restaurant, we will do our best to help you reschedule your delivery. Once your package has been shipped, we can’t make any changes.
Do I have to be home at the time of delivery?
No, you do not need to be home to receive your order.
My order arrived, but there are issues. What do I do now?
Examine the package and its contents when it arrives. If it arrives late, feel the temperature of the gel packs. If the pack is still cold to the touch, the food will still be good and fresh. If the contents appear to be damaged and/or items are missing, please inform UPS and call us immediately at (207) 348-3111. All questions or claims should be made within 24 hours of the delivery.
