Lobster & Crab Ravioli


Fresh, house-made ravioli is made from hand-selected lobster from the largest lobster port in the United States. The lobsters go from the sea directly to our restaurant. The hard-working lobstermen and women of Stonington help to make this culinary delight possible. When lobster, local crab, ricotta cheese, and pasta come together, you experience the true flavor of Maine.



All of our fresh handcrafted ravioli is also made in our seaside restaurant made on the shores of Stonington, Maine. We use American semolina flour, Maine sea salt, and mineral-enriched water. Our pasta is made fresh and shaped though a bronzed die for enhanced texture resulting in better sauce absorption. The ravioli is frozen and comes in 1 lb packages.
