Spinach Fettuccine


All of our pasta is handmade in our seaside restaurant. We use American semolina flour, Maine sea salt, and mineral-enriched water. Our pasta is made fresh and shaped though a bronzed die for enhanced texture resulting in better sauce absorption.  All fresh pasta comes in 1 lb vacuum sealed bags to maintain its freshness.
